(In an even nerdier voice) Although Ornifex, the character is only in dark souls 2, the model used for her is an enemy type in dark souls 1, making Demon's Sould the only game she is not from.

(In Robot Chicken nerd voice:) Actually, Ornifex appears in Dark Souls II, not Demon's Souls.

Remarkably for a T rated game, Ornifex does appear completely naked, and her in-game model does have a very lovely appealing ass -an ass you can only really get a good look at when you first rescue her, since she sits at a stool when at her workshop. I know every time I rescue her and she talks about wanting to reward me back at her workshop, I always want to suggest to her that, being alone as we are, there is another way she can show her appreciation here and now.
