The main reason for the spammers to come back time and time again, is that users LET THEM BACK IN!!! With a little bit of savvy, profile checking and logic, YOU could be preventing that. I know many users out there crave to be heard, seen and wanted and there's not much wrong with that. But in my experience, a lot of users only see an avatar and jump straight to the friend/PM/ comment button, and many times they are sorely disappointed when it turns out to be a scammer or a 45 year old burly ex trucker instead of 20 year old sexy Rita. A LOT of users on here are living under the disillusion that they have every right to be entertained WITHOUT putting any effort in whatsoever.
