wish i was in the receiving end.... i have experienced it before and can tell it is extremely excruciating !@

very extreme torture method , used in a lot of south american countries to extract information from rebel prisoners ,usually they use a steel rod , it starts to break foot bones if not applied correctly , another variation of it is to use a propane torch , either way the prisoner is not long in telling everything he knows , hopefully for the prisoner they use a torch , he will heal faster from burns than broken bones ,
