Even though the camera work is of poor quality you know what the women are doing. The one woman wearing stockings and keeping them up with roll garters was a common sight back in the 40's as garter belt and girdle production ceased for the military to provide those materials for war usage. It's not the sexiest to see stockings just above the knees, but that's how women wore them, my mother included.
