I know just what you sayin ladw. My bossman/massa will give me 2-3 strap lashings to each mintue I be later. I was 10 mintues late one time and got stripped and whipped with 40 lashes. Then he put the dog collar and locked chains on me and put me in the dog pen with his 2 huntin dogs to sleep and eat for 10 days. I don't be late no more...that learned me good. When he tell me 12:00 I do 11:30 to make sure I don't get no whippins and punishments.
