Recently getting into shape means heading off to the gym. Hitting the treadmill, the weights and then relaxing in either the spa or the sauna before heading home. Thankfully its not an overly busy period when I go there at about 8pm, do i have full range to use all the equipment at my own pace and also get to know a few of the guys. Well if you have ever read my other stories you know that I m keen on older gentlemen, I recently moved states and moved into a small set of apartments just outside of the city. Its nothing flash but I m happy there.
