i believe the differnece between gangbang and orgy is that in a gangbang it's the women to men ration that matters, while with an orgy it's just the total number (thus making the gangbang a special form of the category "orgy").
for me a gangbang would start with 1 woman to 3 guys, because 3 is already to much to really handle. with three guys you GET handled by them :)
