Oh, well, at least it was an exciting game. As was the Patriots/Ravens game.

The 49ers really were in position to win except that those two fumbles at the end messed it up. That was crazy when the football glanced off the kick returner's knee cap. But that's part of the game. Overall, a very exciting 49ers season.

Everyone is focused on the Ravens kicker who missed the field goal that would have tied the game. The play right before that where the Ravens receiver couldn't hold onto the ball in the end zone was the real killer.

Should be a good Super Bowl. But I never pay attention until right at kick-off time. Hate all the hype and over-analysis.

I'm not in the SF Bay Area right now, but I hear that it has been raining and with more storms to come. There will probably be lots of rain and/or mud. It seems that might hurt the Giants passing game, but who knows. My prediction is that the 49ers win 26-21.

There is a series of rainstorms getting ready to pelt the Bay Area. It could be a mud bowl. The thinking is that this will favor the 49ers. We shall see.

That was a great 49ers game. The last several minutes seems like a blur. Didn't help that I was on my 2nd 6-pack by then.
