About 8 hours ago I recieved a PM from a well respected friend here on xham, she provided a link for me to access a website where she asked if I as well as others she sent this notice to would be willing to take part in a survey for whatever video I thought was best in which she then would presumably post the winning video here on xham,
I clicked the link which simply redirected me to the xham home page, this happened twice, I then attempted to PM the member about the redirect when suddenly my account was hijacked! my username and password for hogpen are no longer valid!
I then recieved a PM from a friend with this information,
Heres what's happened: You received a PM from
one of your "friends" to click a link. But the friend that
sent it to you had already been commandeered.
Then it went to your friends list and sent the link
to everyone on it, including me. I clicked it, immediately
lost my account and now it's sending the stealer-link
to everyone on MY list, probably Enemywind too, as you were a friend
when I logged off.
Its an account bandit-bot and Xhamster needs to know about it
ASAP, because with the number of friends people make on here, itll
tear thru the population pretty quickly.
Im gonna warn those on my list, but it's small.
Do you have a backup of all your friends names?
I'd wager you dont, and that damn few in Xhamster do. | | | |
