Multiple men and women in all-out orgy that includes DP and anal sex would best be labeled: "Wild Anal/DP Orgy." "Wild" isn't vital but a nice descriptor of the overall feel of the scene is always helpful. Make sure it actually is a wild orgy though. Alternatively, one can be more descriptive in the video description and simply use the scene's main idea or highlight as the title, be it a specific performer or type of sex.
