I think this is real. You can see the flute players move their fingers in exact syncronization with the music. And you may not know it, but the horn players don't need to always move their finders as they control the tones with their lips. If not real these girls are really feeling the music and playing along with a previously recorded track. I just wish we had more closes ups of the musicians and a better views of the conductor!
