I've had a couple like that with a neighbor's wife.
After the occupation, the Japanese put their own (please excuse atrocious pun) slant on it, and decided if it was blurred, it could still be shown. That law is slowly falling into disuse now because Internet porn has made most censorship laws irrelevant and Japanese porn produced without the blurring is easily re-imported back into Japan.
This is why most of the newer stuff you see online doesn't have it.
Do not lose hope, however. I have talked to computer guys who are working on algorithms what will de-blur any pixilized movie, and it is just a matter of time before they apply them to old classics like this.
