Phenomenal video and in relatively good condition, and to contain such legends. In a subtle way I think it's trying to emote a lesbian attraction, with Tempest being the domineering and Bettie the submissive, although kind of rebelling at the end. They're so beautiful!

I bet you're right! Betty (R.I.P) was doing these pin-up/burlesque flicks just before she went all religious on the world. But back during that time, all of that stuff was cutting edge and waaaaay taboo. Forget about the lesbian fetish stuff we have today--back in the late-40's & 50's, this type of fetish action here was probably as underground as you could get before going deeper into stags (or "smokes"). So, yeah, I'm pretty sure most of the models involved in this kind of stuff back then thought about getting it on with each other. Betty Page & Tempest Storm included. They likely thought to themselves that considering the time they were living in, the stuff they were involved in was beyond kinky. Women, except for actual lesbians, were supposed to be living that 'Lucy' lifestyle back then at that time. So you know it got them mad hot when they thought about it real hard. I bet there were a few lesbian kisses on the set every once (or twice! ;)) in a while...

Believe it or not, I have the DVD (it's called "Teaserama", and it's from Something Weird Video) this scene and the other burlesque scenes are on. And, yeah, given my obsession with current-day LEZ porn (I bought the DVD back in '05), I got it for this scene. But the other ones are cool, too.

Boy, I really miss true burlesque. Used to go to Gayety Burlesque in Cincinnati, OH many years ago. Best entertainment. It woukld almost be G rated by today's TV standards! And more fun then most "comedy" shows.
