It's simple as pie. You just go in female toilet when no one sees you. If someone is already inside and sees you just say how you didn't see the sign and go back and wait for her to go out then you come in, knock to see if someone is in it if not, you enter and lock it and this is the little bit tricky part. I would buy the pencil that has camera on it ''spy pen''and then just put it down and you just sit and wait but don't try to look under it the woman may see you. If see she's the pen you just say oh i'm sorry i dropped it accidently and pick it up and wait for another victim! Good thing is that the camera can't be seen, it doesn't blink white or red when recording so it's nice.
That is my plan to do one day but over here it's impossible to find a good empty bathroom it's all full of people all those nice bathrooms where girls go are always full. And the pen is like 60 euros i can't afford it lol. But yeah this is a tip, use it or improvise your own.. :)
