There's no excuses! You go to gym, you go to EXERCISE! Sweeping the dust won't do any good, you need a well planned program, which is targeted to your weakest points! Your weakest link defines your strength: if in a bench press the bar stops 10cm over your chest, it's no good, no matter how much you can lift above that point! I've seen many good training programs, and THIS ISN'T ONE OF THEM! Believe me.

That's the most crappy training I've ever seen! She needs to add weights, eat more and take care of her protein intake (2grams/1kilo of bodyweight)!!! Concentrate on the basic things, Squat, Bench press and DEADLIFT! Increase your speed using different speed thechniques and for example chains (Westside Barbell -system). When you enter the gym, don't think about anything except TRAINING. This way you'll be able to get very good POWERLIFTING results, even completely natural! AND REMEMBER AT THE GYM: It's a long process, but NEVER GIVE UP! N O M E R C Y ! ! !
