Not sure if ALL peepers would react the same. She genuinely seemed shocked. Frozen almost. Scared and not knowing if she should yell, get up or do whatever. U couldn't know someone's reaction to this situation.
AND some folks are real psychopaths who can't show emotion if they tried. Maybe the peeper is a true psycho. He wouldn't run off. he'd finish until he's done. Whatever his/her plans are.
Why not give the benefit of the doubt, instead of acting as if you know everybody's reaction to situations like the this.

One thing should immediately tell you it's fake: when the camera man got busted, he kept the camera on her! That would never happen! If he genuinely got "busted" he would panic and he would NOT keep the camera on her face to get a "reaction shot." Nice try, but fake.
