the film was made in 1985, sorry my bad thinking it was older. im not sure on what greek island, i think one of Aegean sea.
if i find out il let you know, im hoping my search on the internet isnt hopeless.
also the title is an adult joke, used many times since then in films as funny refernece or else, and in our life .
it means the thick long rope ( in nautical greek terms)of the boat man, a direct reference to the boatman and his well endowed dick.
