Lovely father-daughter moment. In Japan, it's not uncommon for the entire family to bathe together. Fathers bathing with daughters is very commonplace as well, and interactions like this are considered a normal part of life. They're not talked about much, but they're there. It almost never gets out of hand and the girls go on to get married, raise kids, etc. Quite nice, actually.
