Interesting what you posted there edwood. I always got the feeling (and not a in a nice way.... ;-) that our of all Gingers co-stars, Harry Reems was the one who fucked her for purely pervy reasons rather than it was his job. You can even see it in his eyes at certain points. But it was a bit of a cartel in the US porn market in those days and the number of male performers was very small - hence you see the same faces (and cocks) in so many of the mainstream films of the time.
Don't agree with SaintlySinner though - Even Gingers modern vids where she has put on weight and looks (in some cases) older than her years (she is about 18 months younger than me) are still good, but the difference is they just don't make porn now the way they did in the 70's/80's, which is a great pity in some ways.
But do agree with zombie8 - who the HELL ever told anyone that Ron Jeremy was good-looking enough to be in porn films??????? Lol!

Harry cracked me up at first but his schtick wore thin after awhile.

When he first met Reems back in the late 70s, John Leslie thought he was suffering a mental breakdown from syphilis, so crazy did he act. At one point, Spinelli had to show John a San Mateo County health screening that cleared Reems of any infectious diseases before John would work with him or with anyone Harry worked with. Honestly, Harry was more than a few fries short of a Happy Meal. And trust me when I say that any goofiness that Harry exhibits on the screen is under great personal restraint. He's nuttier than a fruitcake in real time.

This movie is Ten Little Maidens from 1985, which was Harry's heyday. And he had the hots for Ginger, having had a scene with her from a movie a few months earlier but now she was coming into her own as the hottest commodity in adult entertainment. He made a big deal out of telling everyone on the set that he was working for free (which he apparently was for this film) in order to fuck Ginger ('give her the fuck of her life' is the way I think he phrased it). I guess he saw her as a cash cow, since the woman he was living with in Simi Valley had just booted him out. Well, it worked because after this they were living together and he was managing her career (lol).

On breaks, Harry would go on and on about 'the good ol days' when adult actors and actors were treated like royalty because he was one of the 'pioneers of porn' - which was total bullshit because I was around in the late 60s and early 70s. And even if it were true, Harry would have been treated like the schlep he was on Deep Throat, his 'crowning achievement'. Gerry Damiano said that trying to direct Harry was like trying to throw a dart at a fly.

Anyways, since Harry now says he's a Christian, he couldn't come to John Leslie's memorial but he called me up to see how everyone was. During the conversation, he's whispering and before I could ask why, I hear a woman in the background screaming at him to get off the phone. I guess his well touted affluence has come with a price.

Vintage Ginger Lynn is the only footage of her worth watching because she was so damn cute back then, so 5 stars and thanks for sharing. :)

Growing up watching some of these classics we really had to suffer through some butt ugly guys to see the super hot babes like Ginger. Seriously did any guy actually enjoy watching Ron or Frank or Harry or even Scott Irish? Not me.
